Do you process client data on your systems?
Only data explicitly provided during the engagement (intake forms, access credentials). All data is handled within EU boundaries. Credentials are stored in 1Password Teams with role-based access. No client data is retained after engagement close unless contractually agreed.
What cloud infrastructure do you use for delivery work?
AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) for our own tooling and automation. Client-side work is performed directly within the client's own AWS/Azure/sovereign EU accounts — we do not proxy client data through our infrastructure.
How do you handle access credentials provided by clients?
Credentials are stored in 1Password Teams with audit logging. Access is scoped to minimum required. Credentials are rotated or revoked at engagement close. We do not share credentials with sub-contractors; all delivery is performed by the named senior engineer.
Do you use sub-contractors or offshore resources?
No. All delivery is performed by Cosmin Banciu, the founding senior engineer. No juniors, no sub-contractors, no offshore. This is a structural guarantee, not a policy.
What is your GDPR compliance posture?
We are a Romanian SRL operating within the EU/EEA. We operate as a Data Processor under Article 28 where applicable. A signed DPA is available before engagement start. All AI tooling used in delivery (Claude, Copilot) runs under EU data residency settings where available.
What certifications do you hold?
AWS Solutions Architect Professional (active). Azure Fundamentals (active). GDPR and NIS2 awareness training completed. ISO 27001 certification is not held; for engagements that require it, we can work within a client's certified environment under their ISMS.
Insurance
Professional indemnity insurance is in place. Certificate of insurance available on request. Liability is capped at the total contract value in the MSA. For engagements requiring higher coverage, contact us before signing.
