Our Delivery Process
Five steps from deposit to handover
Every engagement follows the same structure. No surprises, no scope creep, no disappearing acts.

Pick a package
Browse the packages page, choose what fits, and pay the deposit. Fixed price, fixed scope, fixed timeline — no negotiation required.

Intake & kickoff
Within one business day you receive a short intake form. A 30-minute kickoff call follows within three business days. We align on access, tooling, and first deliverables.

Delivery
Daily commits in a private repo. Written progress updates twice a week. Any blocker is escalated immediately — we do not wait for a status meeting.

Review
At the midpoint and end of delivery you review the work. Feedback is incorporated. Nothing is signed off until you are satisfied.
5
Handover
A working session, not a document drop. You receive code, documentation, diagrams, credentials, and runbooks. Thirty days of warranty follow.
We work with three to four clients at a time, never more. That cap is what makes the timelines real.
How we use AI in delivery
What AI does
- Generate first-draft Terraform from specifications
- Summarise intake forms and produce structured briefs
- Draft documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
- Review code and produce reports from CLI output
This is part of why our prices are lower than traditional boutiques. AI handles the mechanical work; senior judgment handles the choices.
What AI does not do
AI does not make architectural decisions. It will happily build you an EKS cluster you did not need, a serverless stack that ignores a regulatory constraint, or a RAG pipeline whose costs spiral in week three. The judgment about what to build, what to refuse to build, and what will survive your specific environment is what you are paying for. The code is the easy part now. The choices are not.
Build vs. Buy
When you should build it yourself, when you should hire a large firm, and when buying a fixed-price package is the right call.
Build in-house
Right when your team has two strong cloud engineers, six weeks of runway, and no regulatory tail. We will tell you when this is your answer. Most teams underestimate the tail: IAM scoped correctly, KMS keys rotating, GDPR documentation defensible under audit, the exit runbook the regulator now requires.
Hire a large consultancy
Right when you need a named vendor for procurement and can absorb a four-to-six week sales cycle. You will get a senior architect at kickoff and closeout. Juniors do the middle.
Buy a package from us
